Can I use IntraLock^® with MagSafe^® compatible accessories?
Yes! Our IntraLock^® case contains a MagSafe^® compatible array of 38 magnets, which means that you can use MagSafe compatible accessories. Galaxy S24 Cases are not compatible with Mous Card Wallets.

Is the IntraLock^® case compatible with AutoAlign+^® accessories?
No. Unfortunately, this case is designed with a MagSafe^® compatible array and AutoAlign+^® contains a different magnetic array, so they won’t work together.

Do I need to remove the IntraLock^® case to wirelessly charge my phone?
No you don't! We’ve designed our IntraLock^® case to be super slim and the IntraLock^® mounting technology adds no additional bulk so you can still get a perfectly optimised MagSafe^® charge.

Is this case waterproof?
Our IntraLock^®case is ready to go wherever your phone is. While the case itself is waterproof, it doesn’t provide extra waterproofing for your phone – so don't take it for a swim!
